What is Parent to Parent?

 

Parent to Parent is a volunteer group made up of parents who had babies in the NICU at St. Joe's. The Parent to Parent group offers support to St. Joe's NICU families at every stage of the journey. If you are interested in talking to a former NICU parent about questions on your baby's diagnosis or general NICU survival questions please notify your nurse or call/email Parent to Parent group.

Who can get involved?

After graduating from the NICU and getting settled at home, any family member who had a baby in the NICU at St. Joe's is welcome to volunteer.  Most parents join several months to years after they have been in the NICU.  The group meets monthly to plan events for the current NICU families.
